Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What makes your company better than using our neighbor next door?
A: Truthfully, you don't really know your next-door neighbor. You will know 100% about our employees. Each employee is fingerprinted, drug-screened, and has a background check. They are all insured and required to be CPR and First Aid certified. We have very strict hiring procedures.

Q: Where do you find your employees?
A: Many of our employees are retired nurses or preschool teachers. They are required to have at least 3 years of child care experience.

Q: Are you equipped to care for children with ADD or ADHD?
A: Yes. We hire employees who are specialized and experienced in caring for children with learning disorders and other special needs.

Q: What kind of training do your employees have?
A: First, all employees must have at least 3 years experience in child/senior care and 3 letters of recommendation from past employers in the field. They are also required to complete at least 12 hours of continuing education in childhood development per year.

Q: Can we meet the nanny prior to using them?
A: YES! We set an appointment at your convenience in your home to meet a nanny that lives in and serves other families in your area.

Q: Each time we call to have someone come over will they be the same nanny?
A: Absolutely! If the nanny you have used previously is available, you will have the option of booking her. (must call 24 hours in advance to confirm that she has not been booked.)
